Whether it's deadlifting 165lb for reps, pulling his full bodyweight on gymnastics rings, or continuing to make strides with flexibility, Sal has not only preserved driving distance over the years but is enjoying life off the golf course with more energy and less pain.

I've had the pleasure of working with coach Knox and the men's golf team at Napa Valley College for the past few years. We run the team through comprehensive performance assessments each off season and provide them with online programming to stay sharp and competitive throughout golf season. The Storm always shows up ready to work hard and it shows.

I've been lucky to work with Migz the past few years and to say his progress has been impressive is an understatement. He competes at a very high level (no.66 ranked junior golfer in CA at the time of writing) so speed and power is imperative. To date, he's up 10mph in the past year and over 33mph since he started working out! Also of note, he's his class president and one of the most respectful people I have the pleasure of working with.
