

Why these workouts work
At Arentz Rx Golf, our approach to golf fitness is based on the "person first" methodology.
We primarily work with recreational players, not professional athletes. With more than a decade of experience training men, women, and juniors of various fitness levels and golf handicaps, we know that improving on and off course performance means we need to master the basics of exercise physiology (not major in the minors).
This means that while you'll likely see exercises in your program that resemble parts of your golf swing, the main focus that drives your results will be based on fundamental human movement patterns (push, pull, squat, hinge, and lots of core).
Your results begin with your assessment. This 66 point evaluation looks at mobility, rotation, strength, power, and swing speed. Taking into account your results, goals, exercise history, medical background, schedule, and budget, we'll develop a program specifically designed for YOU. Instead of a "one size fits all" approach to your health, your program is a living and breathing plan that changes with your progress, evolving goals, and periodic reassessments.
You're not a professional golfer. What your body needs to improve your fitness level and golf game will be different than what Scottie and Nelly need. Invest in yourself, trust the process, and enjoy the ride. We'll be happy to be even a small part.
